The house

Discover tranquility at La Magnanerie de Pimaquet, a charming 18th-century stone house oozing Provençal charm. Wake up to the sound of birdsong and explore the local vineyards and villages.

"The place is heavenly, the host is welcoming

and the incredible pool"

- PIERRE M.

Nestled in the Var countryside, this 18th-century stone building combines Provençal authenticity with rustic charm. A former silkworm farm where silkworms were once farmed, it now offers a unique setting steeped in history.

Beneath an ancient oak tree, the house opens onto peaceful terraces and an enchanting garden, perfect for starry evenings. In the morning, you'll wake up to birdsong and stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The Bresque River flows nearby, ideal for cooling off, playing, or simply relaxing. For adventure seekers, its canal offers fascinating underground passages.

The region lives to the rhythm of its festivals and local traditions: olives, truffles, chestnuts, wine, bouillabaisse... Each village, with its medieval streets, fountains and flea markets, becomes a place of celebration and discovery.

The house is built on four half-levels and includes a large kitchen-living room with fireplace and a vast covered terrace of 40 m² facing southwest.
