ABOUT THE HOUSE
Bathrooms
The master bedroom and the white bedroom have en-suite bathrooms with shower/toilet/sink (no bath). The twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, sink and toilet, but no separate shower.
Rooms
With shutters, no blackout blinds. We do not provide laundry service. We provide bed linens, bathroom and pool towels, and clothes storage, but no hangers. We provide extra pillows and blankets.
Family
We provide a cot, safety gates, a high chair and shutters, but no blackout blinds.
Heating & Air Conditioning
Air conditioning provides heating in the bedrooms, and a radiator provides heating in the living room/kitchen/bathrooms.
Cuisine
We use an Italian coffee maker (Moka/Coffee Maker).
Soaps etc...
Basic soap and toilet paper are provided.
Pool
Open from May 1st to October 15th (depending on the season) shared with the owners.
Parking & Piscine
Free parking on site and on the street
Piscine ( Services are available according to the season)
Opening date: 01/05.
Closing date: 15/10.
Animals & Services
Pets allowed (including service animals)

Old house with irregular stairs and steps.

House Rules
Arrival: between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (self-check-in via key box).
Departure: before 10:00 a.m.
Maximum capacity: 6 people.
Pets allowed.
Respect the peace between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Parties, events and photos for commercial use are prohibited.
No smoking inside.
Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted.
Reservations are prohibited for groups under 25 years old.
Rental exclusively for tourist use.
Before your departure
Dispose of used towels.
Empty the trash.
Turn off electrical appliances.
